In my role as the design director, I led comprehensive branding product and package design initiatives throughout the company, leveraging project management software and a content calendar to refine design workflows. I successfully enhanced engagement metrics across various mediums, maintaining a commitment to delivering high-quality content promptly across seven platforms. I led all art direction and influencer marketing, along with product and lifestyle photo shoots and video productions. I designed and developed seasonal merchandise lines integrating into our product development, all of which contributed significantly to the expansion of our market presence.
